;) interesting fact... + good joke :)
So what !
It was fully explained "he had chosen not to open a bank account to avoid the risk that anyone trying to manufacture a scandal might transfer funds into it and then attempt to discredit him."
"So what"??
So perhaps that says something about how in touch the prime minister is with the everyday problems of the people he's supposed to be representing.
And I read the explanation. Seems to me that there are at least some folks left (though the Kaczynski's are making that number smaller and smaller) against whom no scandals have been manufactured, and who have their own bank accounts. And if you have to eschew the opening of a bank account in order to ensure that people don't "manufacture a scandal", then perhaps he ought to be spending his time pushing through legislation that would make it less easy to manufacture one.
But I think I know why he doesn't do that. Both in opposition and in power, he enjoys manufacturing his own scandals too much.
And please explain to me how not having the most basic of personal economic management tools - and using his mother's - makes it less likely for someone to be able to "manufacture a scandle" against him. Seems to me having your pay redirected to your mother's account is awfully suspicious...
