uhm, yeah.
I suppose I could have been more controversial with my commentary, but as I said before, I just don't have the energy to stir up too much trouble before the big day.
But just as an example: More is spent on DOD Nulear weapons functions ($17.2 bln) than on Border Security ($16.5 bln) or housing assistance for needy families ($12.5 bln). The national endowment for the arts is less than one one-hundredth of that.
Where are our priorities?
As my father used to say, national defence is any government's top priority. Because if you can't defend your nation you might end up without a nation to defend.
Fair enough in theory, but only necessary in practice if your nation is threatened.
Who does the US think is threatening it?
And don't say Al Quaeda. Please don't.
And congratulations, Gustav, on the big day! And the second big day. And the entire lifetime of big days that will surely follow!
Who does the US think is threatening it?
Marauding Mexicans looking to steal jobs?
Anyone who would dare change freedom fries back into french fries?
I think the US thinks everyone is threatening it. Seriously,
And thanks for the wishes Kewenay. See you this evening!
